TempTron 616

TempTron 616 is about value for money, offering complete climate control with 16 outputs. Designed for advanced poultry houses, ventilation and heating are regulated for optimal results in accordance to the birds’ age and weight. The unit controls the air inlets and cooling flap together with the fans according to programmed fan stages or static pressure control – ensuring optimal ventilation. The user-friendly climate controller features built-in fan speed regulator and light dimmer (optional). It can operate the minimal ventilation using speed regulation or on/off minimum ventilation timer with an automatic transition from min to max ventilation in 5 phases:

1. Minimum: Side ventilation fans using set weight curve.
2. Cross: Side ventilation through inlets.
3. Transitional: Tunnel fans drawing air in through the inlets.
4. Natural: Using side curtains.
5. Tunnel: Tunnel drawing air in through the cooling flap.

TempTron 616 operates feeders, light and water systems. It has convenient alarms for high and low temperatures and power failure. It also takes full registration of water, feed intake, min-max temperature and humidity over a 24-hour period. Central management is done from any PC using WebChick software or via the Cellink cellular alarm unit which can be accessed over any device connected to the Internet.

TempTron 616 can be ordered in various standard versions, or as an OEM product with a custom designed program.
