The SW365’s intuitive display shows the total feed in each silo, as well as the most recent fill, ensuring that you have all the necessary information at a glance. Moreover, its seamless connectivity with Agrologic Image III, Vision 24S, and FD4004 controllers allows for weight displays on both the SW365 unit and the controllers, offering unparalleled convenience.
Our innovative SW365 system now features the capability to measure the load on each load cell individually. This advancement allows easy troubleshooting, displays the distribution of the feed across the load cells, and helps in leveling the silo, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
But that’s not all – our system also has a smart diagnostic tool. If a problem arises with any load cell, the SW swiftly pinpoints the faulty one, allowing for quick resolution. For added peace of mind, a built-in alarm relay is triggered in the rare event of a load cell failure or a set minimum amount of feed, ensuring immediate attention.
The SW365 can be connected to our DCS remote access device to access all information over the internet from any internet-connected device. All information can be exported into an ERP program for further analysis. 🌾
